Wet wipes, cheese slices, fresh pasta, pet treats — packs that get opened many times need the label to work as a lid. The construction combines a die-cut window in the pack film, a high-tack frame that stays permanently sealed around the opening, and a low-tack central zone that releases and re-seals without stringing.

We test every layout on the customer's actual film, because the same adhesive behaves differently on a coated BOPP than on a PE-laminate. Twenty cycles is our standard qualification; we report the tack curve, not just a pass mark.
